- 750g (1½ lb) French beans, topped and tailed
- 5 tablespoons walnut oil
- radicchio leaves
- sea salt
- Steam or boil the French beans in boiling water until ‘al dente’, for 5 minutes.
- Dress with quality walnut oil, pile into nest of radicchio leaves, sprinkle with sea salt.
