French Beans with Walnut Oil

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 750g (1½ lb) French beans, topped and tailed
  • 5 tablespoons walnut oil
  • radicchio leaves
  • sea salt

1. Steam or boil the French beans in boiling water until ‘al dente’, for 5 minutes.

2. Dress with quality walnut oil, pile into nest of radicchio leaves, sprinkle with sea salt.
