Flytech Dragonfly
The Flytech Dragonfly is the world’s first flying RC (radio controlled) robot. It features a unique flying action that enables it to take off from any smooth surface as
well as soar, dive-bomb, hover and glide silently for soft landings.
The Flytech Dragonfly has an ultra light body and crash resistant structure so it can be flown inside without damaging your home’s interior and outside where its wings can really be put to the test. Built using a durable carbon-fiber structure, the robot insect’s impact-absorbing body and wings can take a lot of punishment, so you don’t have to worry about it crashing.
You control the rechargeable Dragonfly via a sleek twin-channel transmitter/charging unit - left stick to fly, right stick to steer, while the remote is also used as the charging base (it can stay in the air for up to 10 minutes on a single charge). There are also two control modes - beginner and advanced.
The Dragonfly is designed with all the features of a real flying insect. Its massive glowing LED eyes alert you to its status by either blinking, pulsing or shining. It also comes with a spare set of wings, a replacement tail propeller, & a tail ribbon for novice fliers.
The Flytech Dragonflyrequires 6 x AA batteries and is suitable for ages 8 and over.
